Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems
You know, there are many approaches, and
the approach that one doctor may use on
one patient, may not work for another,
and, the approach is often based on what
form of health care they practice. A dentist
may recommend a mouthguard (also called
"an appliance", but many people don't like
to sleep with that on, it often gets very smelly,
and after all that, often doesn't work.
When a TMJ joint is out of alignment,
often an adjustment so that the joint is
back in proper alignment, can help
